I have started the following Land Mail Art Objects on Nervousness.org I hope participants will email me scans of the objects as they progress. When they do, I will update these pages.
Recipients of the "Book of Random Insanities" will have two assignments: First, to go to their favorite hang-out spot (be it coffee house, park, bar, city, etc) and document the place with sketches, photos, writings, found objects, labels, evidence, etc.. The second part of the assignment is to find at least one random person at your fave spot and have them sketch, doodle, or write something in the journal. Include pics of these random encounters if possible. This project is being sent to 25 participants who signed up for it at Nervousness.org
This a small red book with a very cool embossed cover. It is just itching to be altered. Add to the secrets. Alter the secrets. Draw right over the existing text......black out words to change the writing to fit your own twisted wisdom...add photos....paint....just play. This project is being sent out to 20 people who signed up for it on Nervousness.org
